Help & FAQ
Everything about installing, playing and your membership. Still stuck? Get in touch.
Playing the games
- How do I control the games?
- Most games use tilt with a touch fallback — tilt your phone, or drag / tap the screen if your device does not report motion. Every game lists its exact controls in the How to Play panel.
- My phone is not tilting the ball
- iPhones ask permission for motion. Tap the game once and accept the motion prompt. If you refuse, touch controls take over automatically.
- Can I turn the sound off?
- Yes — tap Sound on / Sound off under any game. Your choice is remembered on that device for every game.
Installing & offline
- How do I add a game to my home screen?
- iPhone: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: tap the browser menu, then Install app. It then opens full screen with no browser bars.
- Do the games work offline?
- Yes. Installed games keep playing with no signal, and any scores you set are saved and sent to the leaderboards the next time you are online.
Scores, cards & the Club
- Why is my score not on the leaderboard?
- Scores only count when you are signed in. Create a free Player Card and every run is saved automatically.
- How do the Daily Challenge and Weekly Tournament work?
- The Daily Challenge is a new game and target every day at UK midnight. The Weekly Tournament runs Monday to Sunday on one game, with the standings frozen when the week ends.
- Can I hide my Player Card?
- Yes — turn off Public Profile in My Arcade and your card is only visible to you.
